with a sweet soy dipping sauce.

Noks Short Beef Rib
Beef short rib Marinated for 24 hours in Nok's secret sauce and then slow cooked for
5 hours in our oven, creating a soft and delicious texture that is sticky on the outside and
soft on the inside. Served with Nok's Traditional Thai Penang sauce.

Spaghetti Pad Kimow
A Thai twist on our drunken noodles – spaghetti stir-fried with egg, garlic, fresh Thai red chillies, holy basil and sweet basil carrot, lime leaf.
